1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the FAHDX platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FAHDX provides cloud software for restaurant operations, including point of sale, kitchen display, recipe costing, inventory, customer management and reporting. Features may be added, changed or retired as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the users you invite, for the roles you grant them and for keeping passwords and device PIN codes confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, trial and billing
New companies receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial a paid plan is required to keep using the service. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until canceled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where local law requires otherwise.
5. Cancellation and suspension
You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account for non-payment, unlawful use, or activity that threatens the security or stability of the platform.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or copy the platform, not to upload unlawful content, and not to attempt to access data belonging to another company.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page. The governing law and competent courts should be set to the country where your company is registered before commercial launch.
