We collect account data (name, email, role), company data (company name, country, tax number, contact details) and operational data you enter, such as menu items, recipes, inventory, orders and customer records.

Data is used to operate the service, calculate costs and reports for you, provide support, process subscription payments and send essential service notifications.
3. Customer data belongs to you
The operational and customer data you enter remains yours. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your own customers' details.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, encrypted in transit, isolated per company at the database level, and accessible only to users you invite with the permissions you assign.
5. Service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with processors that run the platform, such as hosting, payment gateways and email delivery. They may only process data on our instructions.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards so you can reactivate or export it. You can request deletion of your company account and its data at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data. Local data protection laws in your country may grant additional rights, which this template does not replace.
